【王立德／台北報導】央行總裁彭淮南日前表示「不會永遠是低利環境」，富邦金董事長蔡明忠今日表示，「利率的事情沒有人說的準」，不過美國到2015年前，應該都不會升息，台灣要調升短率，以目前景氣，及過度充沛的流動性來看，其實條件更差。

蔡明忠表示，雖然不可能永遠維持這麼低檔，但沒有人說的準何時可以往上走。外界解讀，富邦金仍密切觀察未來利率走勢中。
