各位板上資深版友好: 小弟是花航的維修工作人員，在這工作一年左右了，發現跟想像差很多所以有想另謀高就的念頭，只是當初簽約三年內離開必須賠40萬(逐年遞減) 想問的是有這麼單純會是 40萬/36個月=一個月要賠1.1111萬嗎? 然後在把單月賠償金乘上剩下的24個月? 或是會有另外的扣除或必須負擔的賠償金呢? 小弟是從沒有經驗公司訓練開始試用然後一直到正式的不敢直接問公司想也知道他們也許會查是誰在問的... 只是想先知道讓自己心裡有個底好做離開的準備如果有看過類似案例的前輩還請你們不吝分享謝謝!!(低頭) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 106.65.49.210
