志願役選填問題

我想請問一下，因為我對汽車修護兵有興趣，也想簽志願役，
但是沒專長證照，而且除了這個項目以外我都不考慮，沒選到也不想簽。

那在志願選填時一共有10個選項可以填，
因為其他項目不考慮的關係，只填一個志願，
假如沒上的話，就隨機分配了嗎？還是可以就直接取消志願役？

還有表單有一項：志願額滿時是否接受系統分發
這個又是什麼意思？
