如題小弟我最近面臨一個問題,廠內剛好有要找PM的人,而我在思考要不要轉, 前陣子有去找副理面試了一下,問他級職會升嗎?他說不會!那津貼呢?他說大概4000 大概要先做半年(感覺是COST DOWN 去頂替的支援) 這樣我是不是領TE薪水作PM的事..過幾天可能會答覆他,小弟我忘記問本薪, 是不是也是用TE本薪算(假如我本薪20000== >20000+4000=24000這就是未來薪水?) 那分紅又該怎算?應該過幾天再問問好了!!雖然我做TE 3年了 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.243.178.43
