大家好，我前陣子買了Dr.HsieH的10%杏仁酸，聽板上的各位說杏仁酸會有個代謝期，會先長出痘痘跟粉刺是正常的，我也就沒太在意是否真的神效這件事，但是鼻頭粉刺太猖獗還是讓人很不開心，尤其現在已經長到用摸就可以摸出不平滑，那這樣我是應該要用去角質一下嗎？還是繼續擦等它代謝呢？另外看到有些人說杏仁酸不該每天用，請問大家大概都用幾天休幾天呢？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.160.251.251
