吉安碉堡成「辦事」天堂　青少年上演活春宮沒在怕！

花蓮縣吉安火車站前的意象雕堡，常接獲陳情有不少青少年皆會在上面上演活春宮，成了「辦事」的極樂天堂，當地居民更是直言已見怪不怪。對此，鄉公所表示決定拆除部分通往碉堡的鐵梯，阻斷「天堂路」。

根據《聯合報》報導，該意象雕堡約1層樓高，且周圍還設有13根矮柱將其包圍，相當隱密，並設有可通往碉堡頂端的鐵梯，因此也成為青少年聚集或「辦事」的熱門地點。

鄉公所表示，自2年多前開始常接到當地居民的陳情，指稱不少青少年會在碉堡上放鞭炮，甚至「做愛做的事」，但礙於碉堡為公共設施，不可任意拆除，僅能將鐵梯入口封起，但不料青少年仍可趁隙而入。

報導稱，當地居民表示對此種情形已經見怪不怪，更稱只要青少年「辦事」時，不要吵到人就好。據悉，目前鄉公所已決定，將拆除通往碉堡頂端的鐵梯。另外，當地警方也強調會加強巡邏，並不定期突擊檢查，杜絕類似事件再次發生。
