電腦突然變得好LAG , 畫面停頓 ..

電腦突然變得好頓 , 畫面噸噸噸 , 我的電腦遊戲只有SF online跟rc , 也沒載甚麼東西 , 如果是主機過熱 , 我拿兩支電風扇在吹了 , 如果是cpu用量過大我看電腦 , cpu:1*% 實用記憶體:6*% , 如果是中毒我也用(Microsoft Security Essentials )完整掃毒掃兩次了 , 到底是出了甚麼問題??? 電腦WIN7 , 雙核 , 求解 ..
