如何挖出完整的沙拉球

想請問一下，怎麼挖出像餐廳那麼漂亮的沙拉球

我買了一個挖冰淇淋的挖球器，但怎麼挖就挖的不漂亮

不是要塌掉的樣子要散掉的樣子，不然就是有破洞

裂開的樣子，都是在同一盒，挖很多球試試看都是這個樣子

請問馬鈴薯沙拉加鮮奶油是在什麼時候加呢?

未加沙拉的時候加，還是加沙拉的時候加

馬鈴薯熱的時候加?

如果馬鈴薯沙拉加了沙拉跟黃芥末 加鮮奶油會不會味道變了很奇怪呢?

南瓜、蕃薯沙拉都可以加鮮奶油嗎?
