潭美颱風來襲！馬尼拉大淹水，菲律賓股匯債市關閉

在菲律賓外海颱風潭美(Trami)與西南季風與交互作用，令菲律賓最大島呂宋島(Luzon)遭到暴雨肆虐，首都馬尼拉以及多個省份目前淹水嚴重，也促使政府決定在今(19)日暫時關閉金融交易市場、公家機關以及學校。

彭博社、Sun.Star等多家報導，菲律賓央行(Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas)副總裁Nestor Espenilla宣布，菲律賓匯市、公債市場今日將暫停交易、結算一天。菲律賓證券交易所(Philippine Stock Exchange)也宣佈，股市今日將暫停交易與交割活動。

菲律賓氣象局昨日晚間將豪雨警報由橘色調高至紅色之後，今日再度於當地時間早上6時15分對馬尼拉以及鄰近省份發出紅色超大豪雨警戒。氣象局警告，由於潭美颱風強化了西南季風，未來恐降下豪大雨、導致嚴重淹水。截至當地時間19日早上4點為止，潭美颱風位於菲律賓北邊巴丹(Batanes)省東方外海550公里處。

早在一年前，馬尼拉地區同樣也遭大水肆虐、約50%的區域都成了水鄉澤國，當時造成至少15位當地民眾死亡、數千人流離失所。
