傷口裡竟然可以住一隻蝸牛？美國加州一名4歲男童保羅在海邊跌倒擦傷，過了一個星期，傷口還是沒好，經檢查才發現，原來是有一隻小小海蝸牛，「住」在保羅膝蓋的傷口裡。這支新聞影音po上網，吸引170萬人點閱，網友看完都直呼太扯。

影片中，手裡拿著從傷口中「蹦」出來的海蝸牛，4歲金髮的小男童大叫說，「當初傷口腫得跟橘子一樣大，沒想到有隻小蝸牛住在我的膝蓋裡面！」而保羅的媽媽也說，可能是在海邊跌倒的時候，有黏到石頭上的蝸牛卵，才會長出蝸牛。

網友看到膝蓋裡有長蝸牛，都覺得很不可思議。網友「Michael」就說，「太扯了！實在好噁心！我再也不去海邊了！想到要帶蝸牛卵回家就覺得起雞皮疙瘩。」而網友「Maya」則憤怒表示，媽媽真的有認真消毒嗎？不然怎麼會讓兒子的傷口黏著蝸牛卵又腫到像橘子一樣大，才去醫院？

雖然有大批網友批評媽媽粗心，害男童碰上這種怪事，但是保羅一點不怪媽媽，反而還很開心，把這隻「不速之客」當成心愛寵物。
