<急急急>新公司面試 離職原因怎麼寫才精準呢?

前一份工作 做了一年6個月 (美商)

因整體考績不錯遭忌，同部門的組員 & 組長聯手明的暗的通通來，導致小弟萌生離職念頭結果被經理打回票。

接下來，因同部門員工混的太過火被總公司指名道姓稽核，但部門組員 & 主管並沒因此檢討繼續鬼混擺爛，更是變本加厲製造流言攻擊。

於是小弟決定退出這場戰局，當時想法是"以美國仔的作風分公司一定會倒"，在離職後三個月，分公司就真的被撤掉了。(大家通通沒工作)

(畢竟填資料時離職原因總是小小一格，寫給面試官詢問的...)
