想請問電信公司門號未繳5個月但尚未拆機

我有去繳清3個月加違約金想解約電信公司轉別家電信.

但是告知復話後之後須再繳另兩個月

但是我看其中一條文>除須積欠電話費及違約金外, 仍須付停話期間最多三個月的月租費.欠費用戶, 其名下所有門號都會被停話. 日後也無法再申辦該業者門號及成為法定代理人的資格.
註1: 乙方(用戶)因欠費或違反法令致遭停止通話, 其停止通話期間, 仍應繳付合約月租費, 但停止通信應繳付月租費期間最長以三個月為限.

我已經付了3個月又加違約金帳單也是顯示3個月的月租費跟違約金

卻又告知要再補繳另兩個月是正確的嗎?
