（中央社台北17日電）大陸國務院今天公布寬頻中國戰略及實施方案，計劃2020年使固網寬頻家戶覆蓋率突破7成，一線城市部分家庭寬頻接入速率可達每秒1G。

中新社報導，「寬頻中國」依寬頻普及率、寬頻用戶數、寬頻連網速率為指標，推動2013年至2020年間的寬頻工作。

按計畫，2015年，固網寬頻家戶普及率達50%，村鎮接通寬頻比例達到95%。城市寬頻接入速率達到每秒20M，農村達到每秒4M，部分發達城市達到每秒100M。

2020年，固網寬頻家庭普及率達到70%，村鎮寬頻比例超過98%。城市和農村寬頻接入速率分別達到每秒50M和12M，發達城市部分家庭達到每秒1G。

報導指，中國寬頻普及率及聯網速度遠低於世界先進水平，寬頻戰略實施後，寬頻將成為國家戰略性公共基礎設施，管道不僅包括固網、移動寬頻，也包括廣播電視網和網際網路。

大陸網路供應商已連續3年推動寬頻計畫，僅2012年投資就達人民幣3700億元。中國電信近日啟動第三輪寬頻升級，全面推廣100M寬頻。1020817
