【短片】英研究:每天發聲練習 有助減緩打呼

【綜合報導】英國艾克斯特大學(University of Exeter)研究員歐雅(Alise Ojay)近日進行的一項研究發現,若每日進行發聲練習,有助於愛打呼者改善打呼狀況,進而提升睡眠品質。

據了解,該研究啟發自一位音樂老師,他協助朋友進行發聲練習後,讓朋友改善打呼的狀況。這份研究針對30名有打呼習慣者,維持連續3個月,每天在睡前進行數分鐘的發聲練習,並和其他30名未進行發聲練習的打呼者進行比對,發現有做發聲練習的打呼者,明顯改善睡覺時的打呼情況。

報告中也推測,發聲練習可以讓造成打呼的喉嚨和上顎肌肉進行訓練,讓該處肌肉更緊實,以減少打呼的發生。
