請問,超慢跑為什麼還是很累啊?

如題

剛剛心血來潮,去跑了我第一次超慢跑,然後還是頗累頗喘 ><" (喘居多,而且膝蓋跟大腿前側有點小痠)

大約跑不到十分鐘,我就覺得快受不了了(我跑的比走路還慢),

平常本身沒固定運動習慣,但偶而會去動一下 = = 快走或是游泳(游好玩)

請問是哪裡出問題了嗎? 出發前我有仔細研究超慢跑的跑步姿勢和跑法,還有看日本的教學影片

小妹本身是女,27歲,身高170,BMI 19-22吧 (忘了) 就還挺正常的

實在是很疑惑,因為我剛剛其實幾乎要昏倒了...停下來緩和自己也沒有比較好

最後是趕快跑去臨近的醫務室求救,休息了快半小時才回到正常狀態@@

請問有人跟我一樣嗎? 還是是我超慢跑哪裡出問題了呢? 煩請各位高手前輩們不吝解惑,謝謝!!

P.S. 運動前我有熱身也有拉筋,飯後兩小時後才去跑的,呼吸也有在注意
