白冰冰代言食品傳過期　阿基師：相信其為人

【蔡永彬／台北報導】福容大飯店行政總主廚鄭衍基（阿基師）今到育達高職演講。會後他受訪表示，最近許多食品廠承認加了「不合理的東西」，就是鑽法律漏洞，政府可以依國情，說好「加的尺度」到哪裡，並在關鍵部分訂出標準，讓食品業者有依據。

藝人白冰冰代言的「冰冰好系列」冷凍食品，日前遭人檢舉疑似用過期品重貼標籤再販售。阿基師說，他相信白冰冰的為人，如果有，也是無心之過，希望社會大眾給她再次機會。

阿基師以廚魂、廚德和廚藝（他統稱為「廚三」）勉勵學生，他並說，不是好的東西就不能用，不管什麼調味、撇步都不行；給民眾食用的食品，絕對是至高無上、全心全意、嘔心瀝血做出來的東西，不是只有滿足挑剔的味蕾，而要讓人感到用心。
