泰山葡萄籽油染綠　衛局追查源頭

【詹智淵／彰化報導】彰縣衛生局昨派員到泰山油脂廠稽查，並要求泰山公司清查所有添加葡萄籽油的產品需下架回收，衛局也依食品衛生管理法第４８條限期改正，如不改正可處３到３００萬罰緩。

彰縣衛生局長葉彥伯表示衛局稽查泰山工廠至少七次了，認為公司製程沒問題。泰山公司出產的橄欖油並未驗出含銅葉綠素，但葡萄籽油不管是原裝進口的健康好理由葡萄籽油與原油進口後再分裝的Ｄｏｍｉｎｇｏ進口純葡萄籽油，不論原油與產品都驗出有添加銅葉綠素。

葉彥伯表示，台灣橄欖油並未規定需標示等級，不論是初榨還是橄欖渣油，只要不添加其他物質就是純的橄欖油。
