拍婚紗當天才和攝影師溝通？合理嗎？

剛才接到婚紗公司來電話，
要我們在拍婚紗前三天的下午去挑婚紗，然後和攝影師吃晚餐，順便溝通想拍的風格，

但是，攝影師當天還是有拍其他組，也不保證當天晚餐攝影師有空，
如果當天沒有空的話，就變成三天後拍婚紗當天才作溝通，

我聽到覺得不可思議，有人也是當天才溝通的嗎？
這樣要怎麼作拍婚紗的準備!?
