剛上海來電話約電談時間，上上星期已經跟HR電談過約45分鐘，內容是過往工作內容及未來工作內容，還提及到上一份工作待遇及希望待遇。中間換成英文對談，問了幾個問題，之前的工作中有遇到什麼跳戰？或是比較自豪的地方？對於這份新工作如何能最快時間上手？若面對供應商向你反應問題時你會怎麼處理？英文回答時除了卡卡的，也不曉得有沒回答到問題...(英文很重要) 小弟雖說工作也近10年但未曾面試過，一畢業就運氣好進了一間建教合作的公司跟著又認識的找.. 找工作面試很明顯經驗不足。面試、工作方面的資訊也身了不少，今年有個前同事去了google中區資料中心他面試了兩個月、4關。雖說外商很多都好幾關等很久。但還是想問看看有沒人分享水果的經驗。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 203.73.27.210
