【黎百代／桃園報導】桃園黃色小鴨預定今下午４時開始進行消氣作業，但機具、工作人員進駐後，現場天氣卻開始變壞，除了下雨，風勢更變強，陣風達到６級，為了保護小鴨，已決定延後消氣，等風力變小再作業。
