權証損益兩平點問題

例如
某一檔的履約價是140元，權証成交價在0.5，執行比例0.02。
就我的印像中，履約價+買進成本>市價，就有獲利。也就是市價140.05以上就有獲利。
但問題是，我在使用券商的系統時出現(試算)這一檔損益兩平點是在165元，在165以上才算有獲利。

是原本我的認知錯了嗎?
