VLOOKUP進階用法

B3=VLOOKUP(B2,'SHEET2'!$A$2:$H$5,2,FALSE)
上列為我原本的函數,但我希望找出B2欄位中前三個字和SHEET2中A2欄位中的前三個相同的(不分大小寫),才秀他的第二欄結果,不知要怎麼修改才對呢?
煩請高手指導!

資料範例如下
B2
ABCDE
BCDEG
123GAR

SHEET2
A2 A3
ABCDE 20
BCDFF 15
123456 40

希望結果如下
B2 B3
ABCDE 20
BCDEG 15
123GAR 40
