德自民黨聯邦選舉嚴重挫敗

1949年以來一直是德國國會第三大黨的自民黨（FDP），經常是配合大黨聯合執政的夥伴，這屆國會選舉卻一敗塗地。德國電視台初步估票，自民黨得票率可能跨不過5%的選舉門檻。

自民黨總理候選人布魯德爾（Rainer Bruederle）在電視台公佈初步估票之後宣佈，「很明顯的，這是自民黨最差的成績，也是自民黨最困頓的時刻。身為首席候選人，我難辭其咎。」

不過，他也向自民黨的支持者表示，選票尚未完全開出，仍有希望達到5%的得票率。

自民黨在2009年上屆國會選舉的得票率是14.6%。從今晚初步估票的情況來看，這次得票率差不多下滑了10%。

過去1年德國好幾個邦的邦議會選舉，自民黨屢屢受挫。1星期前巴伐利亞邦邦議會選舉，自民黨就沒能跨過5%的選舉門檻。

自民黨黨魁侯斯勒（Philipp Roesler）在選前籲請選民支持，把第二張選政黨的選票投給自民黨，讓他們可以繼續與梅克爾的政黨聯合執政，顯然對自民黨已缺少信心的選民並未買帳。
