大飯核電廠四號爐進行停機檢修的定期檢查，日本再次處於零核電狀態，預估安全檢查時間至少半年。由於其他機組仍申請重啟運轉，市場研究機構TrendForce旗下綠能事業處EnergyTrend表示，核電壓力將迫使日本加速發展再生能源，太陽能需求將持續上揚，2013年併網量有望達到7GW，較去年大增近三倍。
