台鐵土石流意外　葉匡時：加強邊坡檢測

【蘇聖怡／台北報導】暴雨襲台，台鐵南迴線發生自強號撞土石流意外，交通部長葉匡時今表示，依照台鐵局說法，明天可能清理完畢、通車。對於邊坡偵測儀是否增加會檢討？葉匡時強調，每條鐵路土質狀況不同，南迴鐵路尚未電氣化，未來還會編列50億元，加強邊坡偵測相關預算。

至於五楊高架日前出現裂縫，外界質疑是否偷工減料？葉匡時說，五楊高架機本上結構、安全沒有問題，應該是地下水湧出太多，是否設計上有瑕疵，會再做進一步地質調查、調整。
