首席設計師收押　竊密「恐害hTC倒閉」

【綜合報導】宏達電（hTC）驚爆商業間諜案，自家研發中心副總簡志霖等高層，涉竊hTC下半年將發表的手機「圖形介面」機密，還攜赴中國展示，準備與四川官方合作開公司，且收廠商回扣、假交易削宏達電，A走1600多萬元，檢方昨訊後依背信等罪，將簡男與研發處長吳建宏聲押獲准。

檢調查出，hTC長期委託威信等三家業者製作機殼等零件，簡志霖及吳建宏去年起，涉嫌從中收取回扣620萬餘元，今年5月間，還要威信提供發票，向hTC詐領設計費1000萬餘元。此外，簡男今年由妻子掛名，在台成立「小玉」公司，簡、吳2人也準備離職，並涉嫌挖角研發部同事，計劃以「小玉」公司名義「帶團」跟四川官方單位合開手機公司，還竊取「圖形介面」機密，辦案人員說，2人知悉太多機密，如計謀成功「hTC恐怕會倒閉」。
