尋國會授權 歐巴馬電告法總統

美國總統歐巴馬今天正式宣布，將對敘利亞政府採取軍事制裁，在宣布前他電告法國總統歐蘭德，要先獲得國會支持才會行動。

歐巴馬在白宮發表講話前，致電法國總統歐蘭德，雙方重申要對敘利亞政權採取軍事制裁行動的決心。在電話中，歐巴馬告知歐蘭德，在採取軍事行動前，會先取得國會授權，並重申在8月21日發生化學武器攻擊平民事件後，他決定對敘利亞總統阿塞德政權採取軍事行動的決心。

在法國，獨立民主聯盟（UDI）主席波魯（Jean-Louis Borloo）呼籲歐蘭德，在9月4日法國議會針對敘利亞局勢召開緊急會議後，要學習歐巴馬，「組織一個正式投票」，由國會表決授權。
