不採免費商城營運！《上古卷軸Online》宣佈讓玩家月費暢玩豐富內容

　　《上古卷軸Online》開發商 Zenimax Studios 在接受外媒 gamestar 訪問時，宣佈了遊戲將採傳統月費制，不需要以免費商城制來營運遊戲。

　　Zenimax Studios 遊戲總監 Matt Firor 對於遊戲的付費機制表示：「我們所打造的遊戲擁有足夠的自由，玩家在裡面可以想花多少時間就花多少時間。購買遊戲的玩家將可以在遊戲包裝取得第一個月的月卡，之後玩家則需要付費 14.99 美元購買月卡，在月卡有效期內不限遊戲時間」。

　　Matt Firor 更指出《上古卷軸Online》內容設計了可以提供線上遊玩數百小時的深度內容，讓玩家作任何他們想扮演的角色，做任何他們想做的事，遊戲不需要開放不同小部份的功能並以免費商城制的方式運行，玩家只需要每月繳納定額費用就可以得到全部的遊戲內容。

　　而對於遊戲的內容是否足夠支撐月費制形式的收費模式，Matt Firor 也給出了更新內容的目標，包括新的任務線、新的副本地下城、技能等等的內容，為了確保遊戲提供的優質服務活力，計畫在每四到六個星期間就會進行遊戲內容更新。

　　《上古卷軸Online》預計在 2014 年初進行 PS4 版 Beta 測試，目前未知 PC 與 PS4 版本是否會同步上市，將以 14.99 美元作為每個月遊玩的費用。
