新北81條潛勢溪流 發布黃色警戒

潭美颱風陸續帶來豪雨，行政院農委會水土保持局21日下午2點，針對新北市8區內，共計81條土石流潛勢溪流發布黃色警戒，新北市農業局已將訊息下達給8區公所，分別為三芝、三峽、平溪、石碇、坪林、烏來、深坑、新店等，進行疏散避難勸告。

新北市農業局山坡地保育科科長鄭紹祥表示，目前水保局預估新北市8區累計雨量將達500到600毫米，因此發布黃色警戒，坦若累積雨量已經達到或是超過預估值，將改發布紅色警戒，屆時將強制驅離該地居民。目前坪林及深坑區已勸離22人。
