潭美颱風襲台，今(21)日上午正常上班上課的花蓮縣稍早宣布，下午依然正常上班上課。不過，花蓮縣政府剛剛又宣布，花蓮縣秀林鄉下午停班停課。

今日全台上班上課、停班停課情形：

全日停班停課：基隆市、台北市、新北市、新竹縣五峰鄉、新竹縣尖石鄉。

正常上班上課縣市：台中市、彰化縣、南投縣、雲林縣、嘉義市、嘉義縣、台南市、高雄市、屏東縣、台東縣、澎湖縣、連江縣、金門縣。

上午上班上課：桃園縣、新竹縣、新竹市、苗栗縣、花蓮縣。
中午12時以後停班停課：桃園縣、新竹縣、新竹市、苗栗縣、台中市和平區、花蓮縣秀林鄉。
晚上停班停課：台中市
