【葉志明／宜蘭報導】今是中元節，正逢潭美颱風來襲，宜蘭南方澳漁港停滿了進港避風的漁船，當地的信仰中心南天宮也在雨中舉行中元普渡的祭祀儀式，除了祈求漁獲豐收外，更希望潭美不要帶來災情。
