吳宗憲的22歲女兒吳姵儒一直想進演藝圈，卻遲遲未入行，原因是媽媽張崴崴不答應，昨吳宗憲錄三立《綜藝大熱門》透露吳姵儒已到電視台試錄，往主播圈發展，希望她能以侯佩岑為目標。

根據《中國時報》報導，2007年吳宗憲曾拍偶像劇《劍道愛》，女兒吳姵儒參與演出，但至今仍未播出，女兒進軍演藝圈未果，吳宗憲表示是因為媽媽張崴崴反對，「她不希望女兒再走我的路，而且怕女兒上節目被問老爸緋聞，加上我們家是被傳媒用迫擊砲攻擊，我每次講話都被轟。」

吳宗憲自豪女兒口才好，反應快，「她不像周杰倫剛出道時講話坑坑巴巴，她常虧我在節目上講大道理，沒有年輕人要聽，講話超犀利。」希望女兒像侯佩岑一樣當娛樂主播，30歲以後再嫁，但張崴崴卻希望女兒早點嫁。但日後若女兒播到吳宗憲的負面新聞時，屆時該怎麼播報，恐怕很尷尬。
