每天唱歌幾分鐘 有助改善睡眠品質

【綜合報導】睡覺時易打鼾的朋友,不妨試試每天唱歌幾分鐘,睡眠品質可望因而改善。英國艾克賽特大學(Exeter University)進行一項實驗,將60名會打鼾的人分為兩組,其中30人每天練唱幾分鐘,另30人則未練習。3個月後發現,每天唱歌幾分鐘者,打鼾情況明顯改善,睡眠品質也大幅提升。
 
負責研究的耳鼻喉科醫師希爾頓(Malcolm Hilton)指出,打鼾的原因之一是喉嚨與下顎肌肉力量不足,唱歌正好有助於強化此部位的肌肉,減少打鼾狀況。
