富驛違約交割案 金管會要瞭解

針對F-富驛發生違約交割，其中統一證遭點名有內控問題。金管會官員表示，櫃買中心先調查是否有內控問題，包含是否落實認識客戶(KYC)等，報回金管會。

股市爆出F-富驛股違約交割，媒體報導，遭違約的券商有統一證、凱基證、元富證及永豐證。其中統一證被點名爆發違約後仍繼續接單，疑因內控缺失，遭違約金額達新台幣8200萬元，影響最大。

金融監督管理委員會表示，過去經驗，證交所及櫃買中心是第一線，他們會立即調查券商是否有疏失的地方。

官員表示，此案涉及內控問題，金管會要瞭解券商是否落實KYC，以及是否應該讓該客戶下這麼多單及額度等。
